To build free and transparent communication culture---capping the town hall meeting ‘Ask anything to CTR’ 21-11-03

본문

CTR strives to communicate through various town hall meetings and communication channels such as CTR Live, business plan presentations, vision workshops, management letters, and CTR blog for transparent communication between the company and its members.

Although free communication meetings are held regularly, we have prepared a new communication meeting in the form of a town hall meeting in an environment where communication can be reduced due to COVID-19.

The town hall meeting "Ask Anything to CTR” from June to September was conducted in the form of a Q&A session with the CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER(CSO) Kang Sang-woo. Before the meeting, the company was asked by all global employees and around 108 questions were collected.

In accordance with the purpose of the town hall meeting, it was divided into (1) personnel policy section and (2) strategy/system session to answer anything as honest, faithful, and specific as possible.

The CSO Kang Sang-woo and CTR members gathered at the meeting through Microsoft Teams to communicate as sincerely as possible on the collected questions, communicate clearly even if they are sensitive issues and discuss without miss of the smallest thing. In addition, the company has tried to ensure the discussion in the town hall meeting leads to decision-making.

It is said that the road to a free and transparent communication culture in a company is a path of patience that scarcely shows the top and feels like endless loop when going up but is a path of steep slope that can roll us down even with only one steps wrong when going down.

We are planning and expecting the town hall meeting "Ask Anything to CTR” not to be end forever but to be continued for keeping our communication culture permanent and transparent.By finding various ways to communicate within the company, CTR will keep struggling to build an organizational culture which its members can be prouder of.
