On February 4th, 2016, in celebration of the 45th anniversary of its founding, the Central Changwon Factory cafeteria was remodeled and reopened under the name 'Eauloolim' (Aeulrim).

The remodeling aimed to improve the aging parts of the existing cafeteria and enhance employee welfare. Along with facility renovations, amenities such as blood pressure monitors and bookshelves were installed, creating a multifunctional relaxation space. Additionally, the cafeteria showcased internal reading materials and newsletters for employees.

During the opening ceremony, Chairman Kang Tae-ryong personally participated and delivered congratulatory remarks. The name of the cafeteria, 'Eauloolim', was selected through a contest among Changwon Factory employees, with the final choice being 'Eauloolim' proposed by Son Sang-wan, a member of the Development Support Team.
