Following the first term of the Exciting Company Creation Committee (ECCC), the ECCC 2nd term commenced its activities on March 9th to maintain ongoing communication. The ECCC 2nd term consists of eight members: Representative Jaeyeol Lee, Deputy Representatives Jiho Won, Dongho Son, and staff members Honggyu Jeon, Miyeon Jung, Wookrok Lee, Yongjoon Lee, and Youngseop Kim.

The ECCC 2nd term aims to create an atmosphere where employees can take initiative in finding alternatives to organizational issues and enhance employee satisfaction. Additionally, they plan to engage in activities such as benchmarking visits to other companies, attending management meetings, hosting junior staff meetings, and conducting meetings with respective CEOs.
