Many companies implement various policies and systems with the aim of hiring and nurturing excellent talents. Central also introduced a new 'core technological talent system' as part of its talent development policy in 2020. 

 

The core technologies of the “core technological talent system” refers to those that are central to the development and production of products produced by Central, that is, 19 technologies that take a lot of time to nurture and is difficult to replace, requiring specialized knowledge and proficiency. In addition, core technological talents are those with a large risk of substitution that have excellent professional knowledge and functional proficiency based on the core technology, and contribute to the organization's performance creation. 

 

Organizers will challenge talents and actively support their activities for the purpose of nurturing technological talents. In addition, core technological talents will be provided with opportunities for education and qualification, along with allowances for continuous learning and self-development.
