In Vietnam where CTR VINA is located, it is said that women are presented with roses with respect and appreciation on the Women's Day twice a year (March 8: World Women's Day, October 20: Vietnam Women's Day).

In particular, on World Women's Day on March 8, not only Vietnam, but also many countries celebrate the day to promote women's human rights.

Central also celebrates World Women's Day every year to create an organization that promotes gender equality and respects the diversity of individual members. In addition, we strive to create an organizational culture that considers each other so that work and family can be compatible.

“Shall we take a closer look at the Central's culture?”

In overseas, as a commemoration of 'World Women's Day' on March 8th, respect and appreciation are delivered to female members (see photo above).

In Korea, a message commemorating World Women's Day has been posted, and a flexible working and maternity protection systems are in operation to protect motherhood and work-family balance.

The flexible work system is implemented to freely select commuting time according to needs, such as parenting, family care, and personal development, to balance work and personal life and increase work efficiency. For relieving the burden of child-rearing, the motherhood protection system is implemented by dividing the stages into pregnancy, childbirth, and child-raising. The system consists of a gift of congratulations to a pregnant woman staff, restriction of overtime work for pregnant employees, shorter working hours during pregnancy, leave before and after childbirth, spouse's maternity leave, shorter working hours during child care, parental leave etc.

Respect and consideration among members are considered to be the most important in creating a culture that guarantees gender equality and respects individual diversity.

Dear Central members, how about expressing respect and appreciation to your colleagues before leaving for work today? This will be a valuable first step towards an organizational culture that respects individual diversity beyond gender equality culture.
